Setbacks Don’t Have to Get You Down

I just finished the 21 day Spark beginner’s challenge. It was a really good opportunity to
fine tune my eating habits and get back to exercise. I am excited about getting healthier again!
However, I just got a nasty cold and sore throat which is really interfering with my program and my momentum.
But I am telling myself that I can do whatever I am able to do to stay in the program until I feel better again and can go at it full steam ahead! I am going to view it as taking a longer stop at a rest stop on the highway of healthier living. And I know everyone will still be here when I can resume in about a week.
