Monday Is a Great Day to Be Healthy

I started off today with 30 min. of aerobics. I am very proud of this. I restarted SP several weeks ago and immediately got sick for a week and a half. So my program started to go backwards immediately. However, I tracked my food and water intake, and read lots of helpful SP articles and kept up the faith that I could move forward soon. Today is that day! I am prepared for setbacks, because nobody is perfect.
