Success! I have tracked my food for 37 days! Yay!

So proud of myself for tracking my food and water for over a month. It's a great start!
Haven't done so great on the exercise part, but that'll come, eventually.
I do notice a difference in my energy level. I think I've lost about 10 lbs. I can see it and tell by my clothes. Maybe Santa will bring me a heavy duty scale for Christmas, eh? :)
I am very aware of what I'm eating, when I'm eating and why I'm eating.
I am a creature of habit and seem to rely on the old faithful potato chips, cookies, etc.
I have switched from chips to stax, so I can count them out and have also added some small, flavored rice cake snacks for that crunch, I so desire.
As long as I keep track, I seem to stay on track...and that's my key to success, right now.
I have added more veggies and fruit...
Onward and upward.
