Good old SparkPeople. I had Soo much success with you years ago. I said I'm never going to stop using it, it really keeps me on track. But as we can see it's been about 2700 something days since I've posted. So today is day one of a 30 day challenge. The challenge is to be a better version of your already awesome self. Initially the challenge was to lose 8 lbs(2lbs a week) but that didn't sound exciting..... Strategies that will be incorporated during this challenge: Intermittent fasting 16 hours- I think I like this. I've been practicing for a few days now and I think it's cut back on my sugar cravings. Low carb diet- we'll see how that goes. Drinking unsweetened tea and coffee. Drinking lots and lots of water. Dry skin brushing and moisturizing. I'll focus more on exercise in the next one. It's really cold outside and Im not sure when the best time to do this will be while fasting. The biggest change is the fasting. I'll see how my body responds and will adjust as needed on December 12th.
