My first goal since being active was to lose 8lbs by December 12. I'm 9 lbs down on December 10th and you know what... It was easy!!! I'm taking a slow and steady journey. I mainly focused on intermittent fasting and reducing sugar. But I habr been eating good! I made a keto pound cake on Sunday which was very delicious. Next month in December I'm going g to incorporate more walking. I'm still excited and motivated! P.s. weighing myself everyday was a plus for me. It kept me focused.
