hair issues

Friday, December 20, 2019

My son says he wants a haircut several time before he finally gets one. He doesn't really take that good of care, I don't think but he said last week he'd like to get one this Friday. Last night I reminded him and asked if he still wanted to do it today and he said yes. I was ready to go after I picked him up from school but he said he'd forgotten his brush so he didn't want to go.
Well, son maybe going with Angel and her family to Louisiana but he doesn't know when they plan to go or come back. We have an appointment next Friday so it will depend on the dates if he can go. Oh well, it isn't like we really interact much as he is in his room 90% of the time when he is home. Still seems strange if it is over Christmas.
I did get to gym this morning and rode the bike for 50 minutes. I put off going until that was all the time I had before I had to go and pick up son from school. Did better yesterday and today on eating so maybe I won't gain or at least not much and maybe I'll even lose a little (there is always hope). Just have to wait and see. Drinking hot tea helps me to not eat so might be fixing tea soon.
Hope you had a wonderful Friday and have a great weekend.

Well, I hope you have a good Christmas. I remember both my kids, @ that age, spent LOTS of time in their bedrooms. O well.

Glad things are going better on your journey. You son sounds very typical for the age. They need us but they don’t want to need us so they try to distance themselves.

Interesting times at your house. It's good that you made it to the gym and did better with the food. The holidays are never easy. Happy Friday! Make it a healthy weekend. emoticon emoticon
