peanut butter

For lunch I was going to have some celery with peanut butter and a sandwich. I did but I ate extra peanut butter so I kind of over ate what I think I should have. I did go early to gym pool and walked for an hour so maybe I broke even. I hope so. I'm happy that at least I didn't keep eating after lunch. Probably helps that I weigh-in tomorrow but I might have gained, I hope not and need to just stop before I start eating extra.
I have slept a little later the last couple of days. Maybe shutting everything down an hour before bed is helping or just knowing the alarm is off and I don't have to get up to get son off to school. But even with more sleep I seem to be tired today and slept in my chair a lot.

    Peanut butter is a good source of protein. Add the extra to your food plan and you're covered. I wish I lived closer to the Y. I would love to spend time in the pool. Oh, well. I do my pool time vicariously through you. emoticon I just wish it would burn some calories that way. Good luck tomorrow with the weigh-in.

    A jar and a spoon has nailed me more than once. I like buying the smaller PB cups just for that reason.

    It is really hard to just eat 1 tablespoon of peanut butter! I definitely want more than 1.
