2020 - The Year of Vision

2019 was the year of change. Taking a look back at some of those changes, I can see they've set me in a good position for a healthier living lifestyle in 2020!
2019 - Healthy Living Success
"I've been struggling for months to get back on track. Found more excuses then I did dedication. But this week my attitude changed!"
2019 The Year of Change!
-Walking on breaks at work.
-Pack my lunch for work everyday so I'm not tempted to reach for those unhealthy snacks.
-Working out at gym 3 days a week with my husband.
-Planning our weekly menu and shopping weekly for that menu.
-Going to church on a regular basis.
-Reduced my anxiety.
-Improved sleep, now getting at least 7 hours a night.
-Healthier Eating - we've been eating home cooked meals 6 days a week since August.
-Really appreciate Spark support and words of encouragement!
2020 Vision: Going to work on ways to expand my healthy living options. Going to focus on life successes and learn to try new things! Eat more fruits and veggies! Try new healthier recipes! Walk more! Play more! Live more! Enjoy more! Be more!
Healthy living starts with practicing optimism everyday!
