Week Two some wins some fails, and a loss

So the big news of the week is not only did I purchase a swimsuit I've now worn it in public. The first time in swimmers in almost 12 years! It was a high anxiety moment, but I felt proud to achieve it and didn't feel like everyone was looking at me which was a huge relief.

I also started my new gym program via my doctor my disability payments cover it. I did well but then ended up with three days in bed so maybe the new gym routine, pool, gardening, walking and my niece and nephew in one week was too much at once... ok so yes it was definitely too much at once emoticon so this week I'm dialing back a little bit so I don't write myself off again.

It's a very low level program at the gym two days a week short low impact cardio and strength training, at the pool two days a week and walking on my "free" days. With Saturday being a rest day

I did okay on food but not enough variety in my fruit and vegetables so will work on that this coming week

I did great with water

I didn't achieve my goal to keep going all week so this coming week the main goal is to not crash before next Wednesday even if it is a lighter day it is better than a bed day


As far as weight goes, overall this week I lost 3.3kg so I know there was a lot of inflammation and fluid in my previous weigh in, 4.6kgs so far this round
