My February 2020 Goals!
1. Keep going to the gym 3 days a week.
2. Try to keep extending my time on the elliptical machine.
3. Eat home cooked meals and try to swap in more healthier options in place of bread, rice, and pasta when able.
4. Keep reducing anxiety!
5. Eat more fruits and vegetables!
6. Increase my fiber intake.
Since October I've been consistently going to the gym three times a week. This past month I added some strength training and this week I tried adding the elliptical. I'm proud that I'm heading into my fourth month of going to the gym and still feeling positive and motivated.
I've been struggling with a few health issues but I'm going to keep working hard to improve them while keeping my focus on moving forward.
Excited to see how the next couple of months will continue to help me get closer to feeling better and looking better!
