So now I am on track. I did not weigh myself this morning as I am too obsessed with the scale at times. Maybe I can last a week or even better just weigh on the 10 days... like 90, 80, 70 and so on.
I managed to walk quite a bit yesterday, but nowhere near my goal of 4500 steps yet. I'll get there by the end of the week but as of now, I am doing what I can. Last night I rode the bike while debating politics with my hubby.
As for the weather... now they are saying w are getting snow and not just a dusting, but a few inches. A few inches in Texas after we just had 70 degrees yesterday ?? (Sigh) This is Texas after all, so I believe it when I see it.
