I have to revise my walking plan. But wait... that is a good thing. I find that I been reaching my set goal, 6000 steps this week, by noon and then take my tracker off. I really dislike wearing stuff on my wrists.
Yesterday again I had the steps early. So despite the plan to add 500 steps a week, I think I am at a point where I need to jump to 7500 steps to challenge myself. I have been walking more comfortable each day. maybe now I also see the weight drop a little which so far hasn't happened. That part is sad since I don't seem to get my eating on track.
Small steps... 78 days left to reach my goal. I can do it.
