My knees are killing me. I did stretches and a leg workout yesterday. I am so sore - I guess it's a sign I did it right. Hubby and I went shopping together, that's always a disaster. it starts out all well enough but by the end of it I am bored and tired of waiting on him and he is complaining about how I always rush him and why we even do this.
We managed to get through the produce aisle together though. We ended up with strawberries, oranges, and blackberries. The other day I bought blueberries and still had a box left. Dinner last night was cottage cheese with all that fruit arranged around it and banana on top. He wanted a banana, so we split one.
The great thing about it is that you can split a box of berries 4 ways and make 4 meals. Doing that with all of it I can think of a dozen meal ideas with the rest of the different fruit. Maybe waffles or pancakes for breakfast with the strawberries. Or I can serve them with a spinach salad. hmm... that sounds yummy too. The black- or blueberries go well with any cereal or with yogurt. I like snacking on them the best.
