Getting Ready for Biggest Loser Spring Challenge

Tomorrow is the big day to weigh in and start Week 1 of the Spring Into Fitness Challenge.
I am really looking forward to learning new strategies for healthy eating and getting my body stronger and leaner, especially in the upper arms and core. The winter challenge was really tough because it spanned the holidays and all the dark, cold days of winter. I succeeded by taking it one day at a time. Spring challenge has its own unique obstacles, as I will be vacationing the first 2 weeks of the challenge. I have promised myself to continue my ST and walk on the beach everyday. And I will definitely be including salads in my meal plans. So I have to maintain my motivation while getting a slow start.
Wishing the best for everyone, and especially my fellow Purple Phoenix teammates. Let’s have a repeat win of the total challenge, like we did in the Sleighbell Slimdown.
