It's good to see you again, ankles!

I've had a few moments along the way where I am surprised about how different my body is. I think it happens so gradually that sometimes we don't see how big of a change has really happened physically. Last night I was taking a nice hot bath and I glanced down at my feet. And I was like OMG... I can see my ankles!!!
I know that might sound ridiculous to some people but when I was heavier I always had swollen feet and ankles. On my body it was like my lower leg just shot right into my foot with no gradual slimming so I really am not used to seeing my ankles. I started thinking of the ways I can feel my body getting healthier that have zero to do with the scale. And then I thought to myself that I can't remember the last time I came home from work and took off my shoes and felt like my feet looked like little balloons.
So I wanted to write a blog about it and help my Sparkfriends think of things that they are noticing even if the scale isn't reflecting it. So tell me about some NSV you are excited about in the comments!
