Last day of 5% challenge

Tomorrow is the last weigh in in the 5% challenge Friday nights are always a challenge so I'm going to have to try extra hard to stay on track and have a good final result.
I think regardless of the result this has been my most useful challenge so far I've learnt a lot and changed so many little things and I think I finally have a good sustainable and enjoyable plan.
I will keep reminding myself that I don't need fast results I need permanent results.

Thankyou to everyone who has been part of my team I hope that you've taken away as much from it as I have and I look forward to the next one.
