Cardiologist changed my blood thinner

Wednesday, March 18, 2020

Today I went to the cardiologist and told him I am really tired of this shortness of breath. He has taken me off Brilinta to generic Plavix and I am hoping it does the trick. He couldn't believe I was not feeling better than I am and if this doesn't work, I will have to have another heart cath. I am not telling my children this part of the plan until it is going to happen as they worry so much about me. I do understand their feelings but I am being very optimistic and feel that now I will get my mojo back and be ready to rock and roll again. I do know I am tired of being tired and just making myself do things.

Thanks for everyone's encouragement and good thoughts, even ideas of how I can overcome this too, just have to keep on keeping on!

It took me a while to get used to each change of meds so give yourself some time and write down each day if there is any change. Some took weeks to make a difference but we have the right ones now :)

    Hugs lovely lady :)

My husband had 2 heart caths 9 1/2 years ago and has been on Plavix and the generic since. He is diabetic too. He has been fine for the most part, but he does have CAD and the plaque can build up in those arteries. Two things I can recommend to you and you should seriously look into it-change of diet - gluten free (wheat, rye, barley, oats-which we both did 4 years ago and has helped us both tremendously. Plus, look into the product Serrapeptase- it has helped Bob -his tests prove his plaque buildup in the arteries has reduced over the last year. It helps reduce plaque in the body and other things. Go to Serrapeptase.org and read up on it. I have a sparkfriend that took it after we told her about it and her kidney functions improved drastically in just months!

Dr. Josh Axe talks about going gluten free. Try it for a month and see if you don't feel better. We sure did! And I used to be short of breath - and had to be on inhalers due to allergy induced asthma and as of a year ago I am off all that and am fine. All due to gluten free! I still have allergies, but not as bad. My digestive issues and GERD is gone and if I do get a flare up due to the things I eat-spicy, etc. I used digestive enzymes and it is gone.
Hey take Dr. Axe's challange at the end of the video -try it and see what happens. It is not a fad, like he said lots of people cannot tolerate it and don't even know it.

Dr. Joel Wallach also, agrees with Dr. Axes and has lots of videos and says it causes lots of diseases! Round up is used in most if not all wheat products, so we are poisoning ourselves by eating it:

Pray your DR has found the right med for YOU...
there are several drugs out there that do the same thing but not all are right for everyone..
It seems that most doctors have their favorite med that works for most of their patients.
But some of us are unique and need our doctors to spread their wings and find alternatives !!

Find ways to keep your stress down...
and keep doing all those things for your healthier you!
