Why do I want to be healthy?

Day-2 of the SparkPeople 28-day plan is to define "what is most meaningful to you and set that as a foundation for your journey to better health." And it asks, "Why do I want to be healthy?"
1. I want to feel confident and strong.
2. I want to be able to look in the mirror and feel that I recognize who is looking back at me.
3. I want to have the energy to participate in more activities with friends, fellas, and family for decades to come.
4. I am tired of saying "No." or "I can't." I want to be able to say, "Yes." and "I'll try."
