Hello! My name is Terri and I am reaching out to my SparkPeople friends to tell you about the upcoming Biggest Loser Challenge! When I first started using SP I just stayed on the fringes and wasn't really committed. But then I got serious about losing weight and joined a team--Magnificent Midnight Mustangs---and that was the accountability I needed. I started losing weight steadily and dropped 50 pounds through the two BLC challenges. Our team is all about participation, not perfection and we have fun with the weekend challenges the team leaders put out. It's great support and we encourage eah other through hard days, you know how life comes at you fast sometimes?

Anyway registration is going on now if you are interested. Hopefully this link will work....I'm a little challenged by technology!

Ok so that's my recruitment letter I'm sending because I experienced so much better results when I was part of a team. I didn't participate in BLC42 due to some planned events and then I ended up being sick for about 6 weeks so I am ready to jump back in! I have managed to keep up with the changes I made during the 2 challenges I was part of and I've maintained my weight but now I'm ready to tackle another 10 pounds.

With all the anxiety and stress related to COVID19, it's hard to not eat everything but being part of SparkPeople is great help to stay focused!

Let's get'r'done!

This is not a good time to be a stress-eater and hope to just "get over it".
I'm so glad you've had success with the BLC challenges.
Thanks for friending me. I added you too.
