I had to take a hiatus from my wellness plan after a car accident injuries took over my life. Nothing too traumatic - concussion, low back pain, bruised tailbone and whiplash. Now that physio is stalled, I need to keep working on my core to get back to normal.
Monday I weighed in at my heaviest ever, at 204. Yikes. Time to take action, but staying mindful of the healing process.
This pandemic and our Canadian weather haven't been all that helpful these past few weeks.
