Name an excuse and I've used it. Probably twice or more. I am terrible at getting started and even worse at finishing anything. I have a million half finished craft projects or coloring books with only two or three pictures colored. I moved into my new home two months ago and was so excited to decorate. New furniture, curtains, rugs, bathroom fixtures, everything. It's beautiful, I'm happy, but you know I still don't have anything hung on my walls. No pictures anywhere lol.
This is a problem. Not only do I need to start my weight loss journey again, but this time I need to finish it. I am currently at my highest weight (278 lbs) and as I get older it's not just magically settling in all the right places. I want to feel healthy and be happy. I've never experienced those two together. I'm starting now. Literally, I'm eating an apple.
My short term goal is to lose 10 lbs before I go back to work. That's two weeks. Just two weeks. After that maybe the changes I'm going to be making will be more like habits. I can do this. Start small and keep going. I can do this
