Start Week Three Fitness Journey

Today, I started on my third week of the four week level one Fitness Series, by Maggie Brinkley. I am getting stronger. I can actually do 45 seconds on a low plank and at least 6 pushups. The squats are getting better too. Today's workout felt good.

I can't wait to see the results.
