-I'm sleeping better
-I don't get as winded walking up to my 3rd floor bedroom
-I can feel muscles getting stronger
-I'm getting more fresh air
-I get to wear cute workout clothes
-I'm drinking more water and I think maybe my skin is better
-I'm getting more tasks accomplished since I'm staying busy to avoid snacking
-My walks are "me time" and that has been lovely
