SMART Goals for BLC43

First, BLC43? 43!?! That's just crazy talk. LOL
Okay, goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable and within a specific Time frame. But NOT too many so I don't get overwhelmed.
Well, the time frame is for the next 12 weeks (the duration of this current round of the BLC).
SO, by July 29th...
1) Drink 8 glasses of water per day
2) Track my food every day.
3) Exercise consistently 3 times per week.
That's as far as I'm going to go, because too many and I'll frustrate and overwhelm myself. Not giving myself a specific weight to shoot for, just that it starts going DOWN and that I put these habits into place so that trend continues.
