BLC 43 Goals

My Goals for BLC 43
The overachiever in me wants to have a ton of goals set up - but the realist in me is starting to learn her limits. Therefore, I'm limiting my goals to one per section.
Most people choose track their food as a goal - but that's been really easy for me to do, so I want to choose something that I constantly struggle with: Consistently drink and track 100oz of water each day.
Find ways to get some cardio/strength training in while staying safe with an injured knee. I would like to start out with 2 times a week and then I will go from there.
Stress has been a huge issue for me lately - I would like to find a routine so that I can effectively manage stress. That being said, we moved into our apartment in December, but due to my injury and a death in our family, we are still not fully unpacked. During this BLC, I want to commit to getting our apartment set up so that it feels like home, and not just a place to eat and sleep. This will take a huge load off of my mind, and help with my stress levels.
