Regroup and Reopening up

I have been struggling šŸ˜” like everyone else with overeating and lack of exercise. I am having an issue with not being able šŸ˜£ to go to the gym. I will regroup and put a simple daily exercise routine in place along with healthier eating options. Good news haven't gained any weight. Yesterday was the first day I ventured out other than going to my job once a week and the grocery store. Weather was beautiful and the fellowship was therapeutic. Blessings are all around us if we look. Have a wonderful weekend Spark family.

    Beautiful picture, dropping by to say hi and wish you a Blessed Day & Week ahead; I know its been a while since I have been here but know you are always thought of and never forgotten! Yes, we are living in some challenging times, nice that you got out and hope you are pushing forward and getting out as often as you can, enjoying the great outdoors and staying safe...a lot has happened since I've last dropped by, had 3rd surgery for Cancer and under care/treatment and recovery ongoing, some days are more challenging than others but we keep pushing onward! I will try and stay in touch and be here as much as possible..Thank you Monika for your support & friendship...God Bless you always...

    My gym is closed but they keep charging me anyway. Thanks goodness we have home bicycle here, and treadmill and weights etc.

    Your garden is beautiful and Iā€™m glad you had some nice moments enjoying yourself and the fact of not gaining weight, brilliant. Stay safe!

    My gym has recently opened but I'm not ready to start going. I've done laps in my pool twice but the water temp is still pretty chilly! I am walking in the neighborhood and the hubs brought my elliptical in from the shop (I had retired it a while back emoticon ) I'm surprised it still works! I can only do about 15 mins. but it's a start. I have some weights and kettle bells, actually I had a pretty good bit of equipment. When the hubs retired we changed the room I used for a home gym into his music room and I got a gym membership. Sooooo, I really don't have an excuse NOT to work out. I am so ready to get back into a good routine! Awesome that you haven't put on any weight.... I can't say the same emoticon Anyway, have a great weekend emoticon
