Starting another one

The warp (enough for three pieces) is much more red than fuchsia. "Daylight" lighting in my work area is not good so when I want to see true colors I take yarns outside in the sun.
All sorts of textures and fibers. It's a mix of smooth and boucle wools, smooth and chennile cottons. This is going to be an interesting weave!
The village opens tomorrow so I felt I needed something on the loom closer to the viewing box. There is a tiny bit threaded on the loom. Note to self - never ask Dearly Beloved to come along unless there is a lot for him to do, not just reading on his Kindle. I said "It could be an hour or a bit more" so he set a timer!! And is now being a poot because I worked after the alarm when off when I did not know what it was. I thought it was one of his games. Oh, Well. This, too, shall pass.
