New Schedule

Well, I'm losing count of how may times I have decided to reboot my routine since the world turned upside back in March.

If at first you don't succeed try, try again.

Abraham Lincoln had a substantial list of challenges before being elected president.

Henry Ford said "Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently".

Robert Collier said "Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out".

I'm still working from home. My back and hips have been tightening. Mental health needs a little boost, small goals coming up.

New daily morning routine...

Water
Coffee while taking a ten-minute flip through the news... no more.
20-minute walk if decent weather, 20 minutes on the elliptical if not.
Yoga for back and hips.
Then get logged into work.

I'll still stick with my occasional runs, strength training exercises and meditation practice, but I'm going to aim for that schedule each work day.

On Saturdays, I will observe how I feel.

I went for a nice early walk this morning. Very little noise besides the birds.



Then I did the Yoga With Adriene video for hips and low back...
