Low carbs , oh my!!!

still trying to lose my weight from after the baby .I thought about doing keto but to restricted for this gal lol. So yesterday started low carb along with my 1200 calories a day. my goal was to stay under 60 carbs a day and ended up at 93 lol the coffe drink got me , I had no idea how many carbs would be in that coffee drink . Even my morning cup has 11 carbs, but checking lables and have my food logged for the day and I am only at 36 today so might be able to do this. wish me luck .does anyone else do low carb? What tips would you give me?
