Still Trying to Get a Handle on This

It's been nearly 3 weeks since I started back here on Spark. In that time, I have accomplished:
1. Learning to drink water- well, with the help of Cirkul. I'm drinking 60+ oz of water each day now. And- I have not had more than a few sips of pop since 5/27. That is HUGE for me! I was drinking almost a full 2 liter by myself every day!

2. Gardening- I started a small garden this year. It's not much right now, but I'm enjoying going out there to work on it. Right now, that isn't very long (10 minutes), but I am working on it! My youngest is growing her own little tomato plot, but she does help me with mine at times.

My goals now are:
1. Eat 3 meals per day- I don't always do this. I've always been more of a grazer, but I am trying to change this habit. I also want to add more fresh veggies- salads, especially!

2. Landscaping- I want to work on our landscape in front of our house. We have a few azalea bushes that need some love and I would like to set up some more containers for more veggies- ones that do not require a lot of direct sun. I'll consider this goal met if I just get the area cleaned up... the container garden can wait until fall, or even next spring.
