This past week I only exercised twice in addition to my daily walks with my dog and in addition also to gardening. Those two workouts were meant to be 4 or 5! But it is a start.
And with changes to my eating, I managed to lose 2 lbs so far.
Yesterday was a lovely day and I did some gardening and will do some more today.
However, in addition to walking my dog and gardening, I must also do additional workouts if I want to see results, in addition to adding in more raw veggies to my meals.
I have to remind myself that this is a start and I will keep going!
