Finally Willing To Learn

The personal trainer I am working with is starting me off with the basics. If anyone were to peak in on one of my workouts they would think I wasn't really doing much. That's OK. I know I am working on muscles that sorely need attention. The little bit I have done has already brought good results. It will be 40 minutes of work twice a day to retrain some of my muscles. I know when I am actually ready to do upper body strength moves again it will be better than ever. I am so grateful and happy to be doing this work because it will help me to move better and allow me to be even more active in my life. What a grand gift! My big goal is to be able to sit comfortably on the floor and play a game with my grandchildren. This won't happen overnight but I believe it will happen. Talk about rewards! That would be so awesome!
