Another Day Headed for Success

I am feeling peaceful about my eating. I am staying within my eating ranges (calories, protein, etc.) and allowing myself to bank calories for special events so that I have more calories to spend that day. I am aiming to lose an average of 1 pound a week so that means it will take me to December 2021 to reach my goal (-82 pounds). That allows me an extra month because I know I will goof up at times. I know weight loss is not a straight road, so I am acknowledging and accepting this reality. Knowledge is power, right? Anyway, I am feeling good about my changes and outlook. I remind myself daily to have positive self-talk---I think that is the power behind my good choices. My harsh voice has finally diminished so that my default thinking is kindness and love. That's the best non-scale victory yet!
