I pushed myself this evening and made 6096 steps. I did a lot of sitting but in the intervals, I was up walking to make my 250 steps for each hour. When I missed, I made up the time. When watching TV, I watch the programs and then when commercials come on I walk. Don't worry I listen as well.
I ate veggie soup for lunch. Had my 5 or more veggies. Also had some apple sauce and rice pudding for a step up. The rice pudding was no sugar added so it met the requirements. Wasn't too hungry today but did ok. Ended up with 800 calories.
I was excited about the day and hope to do as well or better tomorrow. What do you think?
