Today I made a WIN the day chart! I am so excited! It will help me through each portion of the day this summer.... Here is my WIN the day plan:
Wake up no later than 7
40 oz of water, 300 calorie breakfast, 3000 steps by 10 am
80 oz of water, 400 calorie lunch, 7500 steps by 1 pm
120 oz of water, 400 calorie dinner, 12000 steps by 5 pm
128 oz of water, 200 calorie snack, 15000 steps by 7 pm
Bed no later than 10
The chart on my fridge is set up to track this. I'm excited. This will really help this summer.
