Still Floating

Monday, June 29, 2020

I've plateaued again about five pounds short of where I want to be, so I'm just going to stick with what I'm doing till I get the urge to up my game a little more. I've already added some dummy calories to my "unseen calories" grouping which is basically the calories in my flaxseed sprinkles, granulated garlic and onion as well as the calories in my supplements. I have one favorite entry for just blank calories where I charge me one calorie per gram of an imaginary food. That allows me to very sneakily cheat myself little by little till the scale budges again.

Still living in fear of going to the doctor and/or not going to the doctor, so I'm going to try for an online consult and see if that works. Gotta do something as I'm about out of pills again. Between social unrest, deadly diseases, and climate questions it's an interesting time to be alive and not interesting in a good way. Stay safe everyone!

I see my RA Doctor every 3 months, plus have blood work done so they can monitor my liver etc. Due to the virus, I had to wait two additional months for blood work, but my Doctor did give me a phone check in. That worked perfectly for me..I agree with DMILLER. Don't ignore what ever problem you are having.

As a physician I would recommend you do it. Definitely better than not checking in at all. It works better than I expected. Most doctor offices are trying their best to help not spread the virus. Take care!

The online Dr. consult seems to be the way to go for those who don't want to visit an office.
It wouldn't hurt to check it out. I'll be curious to see what your experience was with it.
    Good Luck!
