Successful Experiment Today!

Dairy Free Ice cream: I have made three batches in the last 24 hours. The first batch was a mixture of almond milk and almond butter. The second batch was mostly coconut milk. The third batch was still coconut milk but with cocoa added. I used a different sweetener with each recipe (stevia, agave and erythritol). All three recipes worked but the last recipe was definitely my favorite. The most important thing --> my husband liked all three recipes.
