Just checking in with all my sparklers. It's been a minute so just stopped in to say hi. It's been a slow go so far with my weight loss but it is moving at a turtles pace ( but hey the turtle wins the race right lol.) Have tried cutting down on carbs which has turned out to be so much harder than expected. Need to find some almond flour and try to make my own low carb bread because I eat bread every day. My out door walking every day has been changed to inside eliptical from heat and rain. I've have added light weight lifting and I mean light lol my shoulders are shot so I started out with only the bar which is 16lbs and after a week have added a 6 1/2 lb weight to each side but this is all I can do right now. So right now we are making small but still making progress. Just wish my husband would start eating right and exercising with me . Picture is my sister and me with my Granny

    Slow & steady wins the race. Cutting carbs is hard. I have been trying, and I can't believe how they sneak in. But, sounds like your are aware of where, and what to do to cut yours.
