Exercise has been the hardest for me. I'm on day 27 of tracking and have done okay with that. Exercise and I haven't gotten along. What I want to do I can't,but there are alternatives as I found out.
I did water exercise enjoyed it and the next day I feel it in my muscle. Then I did chair exercise this showed me how out of shape I am it made me sweat and I know I had a work out. I don't know if exercise and I will ever get along, but we are stuck with each other.
