I have been checking my nutrition report daily since I rejoined Spark People and I have areas I need to work on. First I am proud to say that I have been keeping within the cholesterol level recommended. However my vitamin D, iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium levels are low: the last two are even low with a supplement I bought. Last of all my vitamin A and sodium levels are high. I want to be able to bring all of these items to normal but I am not sure how. I try to read labels but lately shopping because of local stores have certain ways to go down each aisle and makes shopping take longer. I have started to do research on nutritional info on everything I eat to find out where I can make changes but that can be stress full at times. Any suggestions would be welcome.
I don't have a typical day, meaning I normally wake up around noon Mon - Thur and around 2 on the weekend and go to bed around 3 a.m. Mon - Thur and between 5 and 7 a.m on the weekend so my daily eating habits fit with the hours I am awake but tracking stuff on here goes 24 hours starting at midnight. How do I determine what is normal for night time eating?

Please forgive me if this sounds stupid. Are you entering the vitamins you're taking to your tracker. I do it every day at breakfast. If need be use the custom foods not listed for exactly what your taking. Good Luck! emoticon

LOL I was in a grocery store when they first started one-way aisles. I realized I was going the wrong direction, so I turned my cart around and pulled it to where I needed to be in that aisle. emoticon
