I am so fed up with being off the wagon on the wagon. I'm back on and trying to focus on doing things one day at a time. Very pleased with 3lb weight loss this week, and even more pleased with being able to control my eating from day to day. Tracking my nutrition helps, hugely. And have been moving more too.

After feeling quite depressed for a few weeks now, I finally decided to tell someone and it really helped to talk things through. Came back with some homework for writing down what has been bothering me rather than stuffing it down, praying it through, and a promise I can come back for another chat if I can't figure things out for myself. Thank you God for good church friends.
