Lost but gained it back with muscle

Well what do you know! I lost 2 pounds by Tuesday but with adding a lot of exercise I ended up back at my starting weight!!! LOL

Crazy isn't it. You might be losing fat but gaining muscle and the weight remains the same!!

At least my trees are trimmed and I got some work done around the house.

    Muscle is the fat burner of the body! Revs up the metabolism. So muscle gain is great!

    It is just a never ending battle. But I prefer the muscle.. lol
