Good habits

It is funny how quickly our mind adapts to a new reality.
At some point in life I learned that small changes in habits are better than dramatic changes.
Sounds reasonable but you kinda like "yeah yeah, but I'm still going to be a lazy ass no matter what". So it did make sense but in relation to other people, who are in my mind by default are more disciplined and organized than me.
Today I was planning my tasks on Spark for the day and the suggestions were something obvious like 'make your bed' and 'floss your teeth'.
And I realized that it's been many years for me since I stopped having a need to remind myself to floss my teeth and make my bed. It is just so natural for me that it's not even a question whether or not to do.
But at some point those were chores I had to make a mental effort to perform and was prone to skipping.
So I guess the good habits do stick, but the feeling that I'm a lazy ass does stay regardless LOL

    It is true we tend to overlook the things we do naturally times but then there are some that are stuck in a rut and might not do what we think is a natural thing to do
