WEIGHT GAIN

So being the co-leader in charge of keeping track of all our stats I have noticed that several of us had a weight gain this week.
I have gained the last 3 weeks. I have been fighting the munchies and CHOCOLATE really bad. I have been losing my battle. I need to find help.
Also my exercise workout has changed. My walks are very few because of heat being in 3 digits. I have been exercising but it is different and not very aggressive.
I am tracking what I eat and I need to lower my calorie intake. I also need to find away to do more exercise.
YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING TROUBLE! DO NOT GIVE UP! KEEP PUSHING! WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER! KEEP ROARING TIGERS!

    Living in Maine I'm not familiar with the triple digits, however in the winter when it's ICY as EVER and so cold that as you step out to head to work (A must) and the air goes WHOOSH OUT Of our lungs, and it HURTS, many of us find exercise to do at home, or join a gym. I HAD joined a gym, but you have to get into a car (LOL and bra!! Shhhh did I SAY THAT??) drive the 20 mins to the gym, workout ,,, come home. Well I QUIT the gym because it's not convenient to get to.

    Of course in the dead of winter heat is HUGE Necessity!! I can imagine that AC would be for you all too. Is the AC cool enough inside if you were wanting to up the burn in a safe way? Youtube has TONS of exercise video's from a few minutes and WAY UP of any type of exercise you may desire. If you love walking have you tried any Leslie Sansone video's such as "Walk away the pounds"? Do you enjoy yoga or want to try it? If you aren't familiar with it,,, put in beginners for anything you may wish to try.

    Oh MAN I am HUGE LOVER of JUNK FOOD!! I've found that I can NOT bring chocolate into my house, it WILL Be gone ,, oh I LIE to myself and say "no I won't' but, I SURE DO!!! So if I don't bring it in, I can't eat it. Or if I bring it in, to do so in a single size serving.

    BEST wish to you!! If you are discouraged I read a blog by KALISWALKER tonight that put it into perspective ,, sometimes it takes a longggg time as it did with her, and myself too. And that's OKAY TOO!!

    I am a leader on the 5% Challenge, and just because we are leaders does NOT mean we are 100% of the successful. TY for your time being a Leader,,,, this is what helps out SPARKPEOPLE So much. Those of us who care are here to help others.
