Feels good to be strong

My weight on scales would not budge for a couple of weeks, and I just started. It's not a plateau somewhere in the middle, it's the beginning of daily exercise program.
And for the first time in my life it doesn't bother me, because I notice the changes in strength, endurance and muscle definition. I can do more in a day and don't feel tired. And the weight will catch up.
