Day 2 of limiting snacks and watching carbs more closely, so far so good and it's after 3 already. Nice walk on the treadmill this morning, about 70 minutes, will try to get an hour in tomorrow between laundry and such.
I am at peace with RDV being shut down for, basically, the rest of the year and will work hard at Planet Fitness. The convenience makes it easy.
