I can finally say I got my healthy eating and workout routine going again. Will say it took me a long time to get back on this Itrain , a lot of hit and miss days / weeks . Lots of oh I'll just do better after the weekend. My plan is to hit my goal by my birthday in September. The big 36 ahhhhh. I have been tracking all my food and working out (even added some weight lifting to my routine) which is very little weight because my shoulders are shot, but I'm trying. I feel so much better and my hubby said he can see a big differen. 1 1/2 months to go and only 5lbs from my goal . I CAN DO THIS !!!! For anyone that is reading this don't give up don't listen to people that say you can't . You got this !!! Just take baby steps , little change here and drop a few bad habits there.
