Some refocus goals for next week

I’ve decided there are some things I want to focus on next week to help get back on track:

Wear my compression socks every day
Get the kiddo in bed at 9pm
Brush my teeth and be in bed between 10p-11p (preferably closer to 10!)
Start Whole30 Monday
Check blood sugar at least 3 times a day
Back to walking most evenings after work
Drink only decaf coffee (made at home) or water
Pack lunch every day
Try to incorporate yoga a couple times a week again

These were all the things I was doing when my blood sugar finally came down and I was feeling good. I have gotten away from most of them this past week. Time to get back to it!
