July Review/August Goals

Nutrition:
1. Follow a whole food, plant-based way of eating for the most part;
2. Limit sweets, oil and salt

For the most part my nutrition goals were met, but I could have improved

Exercise:
1. Walk 30-45 minutes Monday, Wednesday and Friday; walk 45 – 60 minutes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
2. 7,500 steps minimum daily
3. Stretch daily for a minimum of 10 minutes
4. 45 minute yoga Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5. 45 minute restorative yoga on Thursday
6. 8 minute arm workout at least three days a week
7. 8 minute lower body workout at least three days a week; and
8. 8 minute core workout at least three days a week.

Exercise goals were met for the most part. I had 4 days not achieving 7500 steps, but I am sure the average steps per day were at least 7500 or more. I did some strength workouts, but not enough to achieve my goals so still room for improvement.

My August goals are:
