🌦️. Walk, core and lower body workout modified, plank, knee raises, leg lifts, wall push-ups, squats, calf raises, and chair yoga. 5,000+ steps. My walk consisted of to and through the farmers market and then to and through the grocery store. Beyond that I had issues getting motivated. I did not get to bed at my usual time because we were visiting friends. Plus the rainy weather moved in after I got home and it made me really sleepy 😴. So I took a nap. But I forced myself to get the exercise done and once I started it was easy to just keep going. My calories are really high today as I had the munchies all day and did not pick well today. I did so well for 2 weeks of osom challenges. As soon as it was over which was today it was like I had no control. Well tomorrow is a new day! Back to control and portions. 8 cups of water.
